This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding your data.
By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use the Platform.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you are granted access to the Platform, we collect:

- Your role within the organization (e.g., admin, broker, realtor, assistant)
- Authentication credentials (stored securely as hashed values)
1.2 Social Media Connection Data
When you connect a third-party social media account to the Platform via OAuth, we collect and store:

- Publication status (draft, scheduled, published)
- Target platforms for each post
1.4 Analytics and Engagement Data
We retrieve and store social media analytics data from connected accounts, including:
- Post engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, views)
- Follower counts and growth metrics
- Audience demographics (as provided by the social platform)
- Reach and impression data
1.5 Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information when you use the Platform:
- Browser type and version
- IP address
- Pages visited and features used within the Platform
- Date and time of access
- Session duration
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Platform Operations: To publish content to your connected social media accounts, retrieve analytics, and provide the core features of the Platform
- Account Management: To authenticate your identity, manage your account, and maintain connected social media accounts
- Analytics and Reporting: To aggregate and display social media performance metrics across connected platforms
- Platform Improvement: To monitor usage patterns and improve the Platform's functionality, performance, and user experience
- Security: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, unauthorized access, or other security concerns
- Communications: To send service-related notifications and respond to your inquiries
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Connected Social Media Platforms: When you publish content through the Platform, that content and associated metadata are transmitted to the designated social media platform(s) (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube) via their respective APIs. This sharing is initiated by your action and governed by each platform's privacy policy.
- Service Providers: We may engage trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform (e.g., hosting, security). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our Company, users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
4.1 Active Accounts
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active and your social media accounts remain connected.
4.2 Disconnection
When you disconnect a social media account from the Platform:
- All OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) associated with that account are immediately and permanently deleted from our systems
- All posts and content associated with that account are purged from our database
- All analytics data and engagement metrics associated with that account are deleted
- We retain no ability to access or interact with the disconnected account after deletion
4.3 Account Termination
Upon termination of your Platform account, all associated data — including connected account tokens, stored posts, analytics, and profile information — is permanently deleted from our systems.
4.4 Backup Retention
Residual copies of deleted data may persist in our backup systems for up to 30 days before being automatically purged.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Platform uses the following cookies and similar technologies:
- Session Cookies: Essential cookies used to maintain your authenticated session while using the Platform. These expire when you close your browser or log out.
- Authentication Cookies: Cookies that store your login session token to keep you signed in across page loads.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics tools on the Platform. We do not track you across other websites.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our systems.

- Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent for data processing at any time by disconnecting your accounts and/or requesting account termination.

9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- OAuth tokens are stored securely in an encrypted database
- All data transmission between your browser and the Platform is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- Access to the Platform requires authentication with role-based access controls
- User passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes (never in plain text)
- Regular security monitoring and access logging
- Database access restricted to authorized application processes only
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to maintaining industry-standard protections.

When you connect social media accounts and publish content through the Platform, your data is also subject to the privacy policies of the respective platforms:
